Processing Times

  • Standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take 7–10 business days before shipping.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

  • Estimated delivery time within the U.S.: 3–7 business days (after processing).

  • We currently do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • ENVNO1 is not liable for packages once they are confirmed delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Local Pickup (Optional)

  • For local customers, we may offer free pickup at select events or vendor markets. If available, this option will appear at checkout.
